Privately Owned Villa with Highly Motivated Staff

One of the few privately owned villas on Canouan Bibiluna has a permanent private staff of a housekeeper, driver/maintenance, maid and gardener available everyday to care for your needs.

The owner is in regular contact with the staff who take a pride in the services they offer. The owner has a very positive attitude and demands that the staff are engaged and personally motivated to a very high service level. There is a daily maid service with an optional turndown service, and laundry service included in the rental rates. The property has a 24 hour management service offering added reassurance and security for guests.

Guests will be served breakfast each morning and the kitchen will be available for guests to prepare their own meals unless they would prefer the services of a private chef which can easily be arranged be arranged at an additional fee.

 

Main House - Lower Level

Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom with super king size four-poster bed, side tables, ceiling fan, large desk, chairs, safe and television. Walk-in dressing area with closets and spacious en suite bathroom comprising bathtub and separate shower enclosure. A large furnished terrace leads to the pool area.

Bedroom 2: Guest bedroom with two double beds, one large desk and chairs, television, walk in dressing area with closets, en suite bathroom with shower enclosure. A large furnished terrace leads to the pool area.

 

Main House - Upper Level

Spacious open plan layout with elegant furnishings, glass sliding doors leading out to the upper terrace. Indoor and outdoor living and dining areas.

Fully equipped kitchen including a six point gas stove, electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, juice maker, toaster, American filter coffee maker, Italian espresso coffee machine and breakfast bar.

Open plan living and dining areas with large TV, sofas and dining table.

 

Guest Cottage

Bedroom 3: Spacious guest house with super king four-poster bed, side tables, dressing area, desk and chair, television, safe, additional armchair and table. en suite bathroom with shower enclosure. The guest house is equipped with a small fridge, sink and tea/coffee making facilities. A furnished terrace has views of the ocean, garden and pool.

For a booking of two guests only you will be accommodated in the Guest Cottage, with full use of all the other facilities of the villa; all living areas, kitchen, dining areas, both upper and lower terraces and the swimming pool and gardens. For use of the master bedroom the entire villa must be booked (6 guests)

 

Getting Around the Island

Included in the villa rental are a pair of Kawasaki golf carts, ideal for island exploration, an SUV vehicle with villa driver.

The owners love this house and guests are most welcome at Bibiluna where they can also enjoy Complementary daily breakfasts, free local telephone calls, a tropical fruit basket, local volcanic mineral water and a daily replenishment of Lavazzia coffee.

Private Freshwater Pool, Fountain & Terrace

Bibiluna Villa has a beautiful freshwater infinity edge pool with a relaxing fountain feature and yards of terraces with comfortable lounge chairs for guests to recline upon whilst they gaze at the bay beneath.

The pool terrace can be accessed directly from the lower terrace leading out from the Master bedroom and guest bedroom in the main house.

Both Bibiluna and It's Guest Cottage are surrounded by tropical gardens with native fruit trees and colourful scented plants and flowers which attract a wide range of tropical birds including hummingbirds, bananaquits, black birds and butterflies in the day, fireflies and crickets in the evening and the famous Canouan turtles at any time of the day.

Maid Service is scheduled for 5 visits per week, 8 to 4:30 but is completely flexible for your stay.

The house service can be tailored to suit the guests preference - but do kindly have a consideration that the staff attend church on Sunday. Maid service can be adjusted to suit for example to the evening if you prefer this - just let us know.

Driver

The villa manager/driver can be on duty 24/7 as well as the Raffles trained chambermaid when guests are present.

Two golf carts and Chauffeur on call - Getting around is easy

The guests have two electric golf carts to drive to beaches and easily around the island and Resort. The villa provides a driver as well who can respond to guests within around 30 mins. There is also a chauffeur service day and night available via the resort at around EC50 per trip.

Complementary Restaurant Transfers

This service is Complementary when the guests wish to be driven back and forth to their restaurants for dining instead of driving themselves the golf carts.

Canouan Beaches

There are five beaches on the resort easily accessible on the golf cart. A two minute drive will bring you to Point de Jour Beach. The beach is fully serviced daily with staff, sun-loungers under trees or sunshades and Complementary beach towels. The bar is open from 9am to 6pm and serves lunch until 4pm from mid-October till end of August. Complementary water sport facilities are available including hobie cats, windsurfing, sea kayaks and hydrobikes. Alternatively, the secluded Shell Beach is one minute away, Carenage Bay Beach and Godhal are less than ten minutes away while Mahault in the north is just 15 minutes from the villa.

Guests will have full access to the resort facilities on island, simply register your card details at the reception upon arrival to cover any expenses incurred. As well as the 18 hole golf course there is windsurfing, sunfish sailing, hiking tours, fishing excursions, tennis lessons, beach volleyball, kayaking, scuba diving, fitness suite, health centre, snorkeling excursions also available. Canouan Golf Course

Designed by Jim Fazio this is an 18 hole 72 par golf course with stunning views and walkways. All the greens and tees are Paspalam grass which is hand mown daily by the grounds staff. The course is open from 7am-6.30pm daily whilst the clubhouse opens at 6.30am daily and closes at 6.30pm.
